YOUR ADVENTURE
Advanced Freediving courses with SSI and Molchanovs Level 2 and Wave 2 courses in the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney.
Master deep equalisation techniques, advanced breathing, and mental techniques. You will begin to experience a deeper relaxation as you dive to depths of 24-30 meters.
Our courses consistently take place amidst the stunning backdrop of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, and the tranquil waters of the Central Coast. We cater to complete beginners through to individuals with prior freediving experience, spearing, surfing, or diving yet to undergo formal freediving training.
This 2-day course includes a theory session, pool session, and 3 open water sessions, made up of one shore dive and two deep boat dives. We use The Spit for our Sydney Wave 2 / Level 2 courses as it is one of the only places to get the depth needed.
