NEED TO KNOW

• This is a beginner freediving course, no prior knowledge and diving experience required
• Must be comfortable and confident in the water
• The course is taught in English
• 18 years of age

• Reusable water bottle
• Bring your own gear if you have it, otherwise we’ll happily organise this for you

ITINERARY

The course will take 2 days in total.

DAY 1

We’ll begin with theory and relaxation workshops.

After the morning session, we’ll buy some lunch (or BYO), and travel to the pool to learn the basic freediving techniques needed for depth and safety as well as implement their new relaxation and visualisation skills.

DAY 2

All open water activities at the Crater Lakes national park. You will learn, laugh, master new techniques, and explore the lakes. Buy or BYO lunch.
